At a glance

  • Your 14-day trial begins when access is activated.
  • Plans, payments, and renewals are arranged by email.
  • Your store receives its own dedicated access subdomain.

1. The service and your agreement

DigiKaha provides browser-based tools for checkout, inventory, sales reporting, and store administration. These terms apply to store access when accepted as part of the activation or subscription arrangement; browsing the public website alone does not start a paid subscription.

The person requesting a store workspace must be authorized to act for that business. Before activation or payment, we confirm the chosen plan, capacity, subscription period, price, and any agreed additions by email. Read these terms together with the Privacy Statement, Refund Policy, and Cookies Statement.

2. Access and your store subdomain

Trial and subscription requests are sent to parungao.johnlloyd07@gmail.com. Access is activated manually. We email your dedicated store subdomain and setup instructions once your workspace is ready. Sending an email request does not itself create an account or guarantee immediate activation.

The subdomain is an access address for your workspace, not a transfer of ownership of the DigiKaha domain or software. Keep credentials private, use the staff roles available to your store, and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

3. Your 14-day free trial

The free trial lasts 14 days from the date your access is activated. Trial capacity and any agreed setup conditions are confirmed before activation. No credit card is required to request the trial.

The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. To continue, email us to choose a plan and arrange payment. If paid access is not arranged by the end of the trial, workspace access may be restricted until activation is confirmed.

4. Plans, payments, and renewals

Subscription prices are stated in Philippine pesos. Your agreed plan, capacity, billing period, total cost, payment instructions, and any applicable taxes or fees are confirmed by email before payment. Pay only through the instructions we confirm directly.

Subscriptions, renewals, plan changes, and additional capacity are handled manually by email. DigiKaha does not currently authorize an automatic recurring card charge through the landing page. A requested upgrade or renewal takes effect when its arrangement is confirmed and activated.

If a subscription is not renewed or payment is overdue, access may be restricted. Changes to pricing or plan terms apply to a future period after notice and confirmation, rather than changing an already paid period without agreement.

5. Store responsibilities and permitted use

You retain responsibility for your products, staff permissions, customer interactions, and the accuracy of data entered into the system. Collect only information your business is entitled to process and provide appropriate notices to staff and customers.

  • Use the service for lawful store operations and keep account information accurate.
  • Do not access another store’s data, share credentials outside your authorized staff, bypass limits or security controls, or interfere with the service.
  • Review transaction totals, discounts, inventory adjustments, and reports before relying on them for business decisions.
  • Keep any exports and independent records your business needs, and protect the devices used to access your store.

6. Payment recording and tax documentation

DigiKaha records payment methods and references. It does not transfer money simply because a cashier records a GCash, Maya, or card payment. Your existing payment provider or terminal handles those payments under its own terms.

DigiKaha is not BIR registered. Generated store sales acknowledgement slips are for internal tracking and are not official BIR receipts or invoices. Your business remains responsible for its applicable invoicing, tax, and discount requirements. Software calculations do not replace checking the rules applicable to your transaction.

7. Availability, devices, and support

An active internet connection is required for cloud access and synchronization. Offline checkout behavior, hardware compatibility, and supported peripherals depend on the setup; confirm your requirements with us before subscribing. Pending offline transactions should be synchronized before browser storage is cleared.

We may perform maintenance and make updates. Email us about access or technical problems. The service does not include a guaranteed uptime percentage or response-time commitment unless one is expressly agreed in writing. We do not promise error-free operation or uninterrupted internet access.

8. Cancellation, suspension, and store records

Email us to cancel renewal, request a plan change, or close a workspace. We will confirm the date and effect of the request. Cancellation and a refund are different requests; refund decisions follow the Refund Policy.

Access may be suspended for non-payment, unlawful activity, serious misuse, or a security risk. Where practical, we will explain the reason and the steps needed to restore access. Contact us about available exports before access ends. Data retention and deletion are handled under the Privacy Statement.

9. Ownership and legal rights

You retain rights in the business records you provide. DigiKaha retains rights in its software, branding, and website; subscribing gives access to the service, not ownership of it. We process store records as needed to provide and protect the service, subject to the Privacy Statement.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Changes will be dated and material changes communicated before they apply to an active subscription.
